By booking an appointment with Valley Girl Hair Co., you agree to the policies outlined below. These policies are in place to protect both you as the client and the integrity of my time and services. I am committed to providing high-quality hair services in a safe, professional environment, and clear expectations help ensure the best experience for everyone.

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows without proper notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Extension services, color corrections, and large transformation appointments may require a consultation and/or deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable with appropriate notice.

Results may vary based on individual hair history, condition, and maintenance. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all prior chemical services and follow recommended aftercare instructions to maintain the health and longevity of their hair. Valley Girl Hair Co. reserves the right to refuse service if hair integrity is compromised or expectations are unrealistic. My priority is always to protect the health of your natural hair while delivering beautiful, customized results.
